Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused General Practitioner (GP) to join our growing medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary healthcare services, managing acute and chronic medical conditions, promoting preventive healthcare, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences while maintaining the highest clinical and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient consultations, medical assessments, and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in accordance with evidence-based medical practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications appropriately.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests.
• Provide preventive healthcare services, health screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling.
• Manage and stabilize medical emergencies within the clinic setting.
• Educate patients regarding disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Refer patients to specialists when required and coordinate continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinical protocols, infection control standards, and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Build strong patient relationships to enhance patient satisfaction, retention, and continuity of care.
• Collaborate effectively with specialists, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous growth of the clinic.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a General Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of post-internship clinical experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Experience in managing patients across all age groups.
• Familiarity with insurance documentation, clinical coding, and electronic medical record systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
• Professional appearance, ethical conduct, and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE healthcare experience is an advantage.
• Experience in family medicine, preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, or wellness programs.
• Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Urdu, or other regional languages is an added advantage.
