Position Overview

A leading healthcare organization in Jeddah is seeking a highly qualified Consultant Breast Oncology & Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon to join its multidisciplinary women’s health team.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive breast cancer management, combining oncological excellence with advanced reconstructive and aesthetic surgical techniques to optimize both clinical and cosmetic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage benign and malignant breast diseases.
• Perform breast-conserving surgery and mastectomy procedures.
• Perform oncoplastic breast reconstruction and symmetry procedures.
• Collaborate with Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Pathology, Radiology, Plastic Surgery, and Women’s Health specialists.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board discussions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for breast cancer patients.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Maintain compliance with clinical governance, quality, and patient safety standards.
• Participate in educational and research activities where applicable.

Mandatory Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS / MD or equivalent).
• Board Certification in General Surgery.
• Fellowship Training in Breast Surgery, Breast Oncology, Surgical Oncology, or Oncoplastic Breast Surgery.
• Active SCFHS Consultant Classification and Registration.
• Arabic Speaker (Preferred).
• Available for Full-Time Employment.
• Proven experience in independent breast cancer surgery and multidisciplinary breast care.

Compensation

Competitive tax-free salary package commensurate with qualifications, experience, and surgical volume.

Expected Range:

SAR 60,000 – 100,000+ Gross Monthly
