Job Overview
We are looking for a detailed, persistent, and organized Vendor Onboarding Specialist to help expand our business footprint. Your primary mission will be to identify target corporate clients, navigate their procurement and supplier systems, and successfully register our company as an approved software services vendor. This role is crucial for positioning our company to receive future RFPs and contract opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Research: Identify target enterprise companies, government entities, or systems integrators that outsource software development and IT services.
Supplier Portal Registration: Locate, complete, and submit vendor registration applications on corporate procurement portals with high accuracy.
Document Management: Gather, organize, and update all necessary company compliance documents (e.g., commercial registrations, tax certificates, corporate portfolios, and case studies) required for onboarding.
Follow-up & Relationship Management: Track the status of submitted applications, follow up with procurement officers via email or phone, and resolve any requests for additional information.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an updated database (CRM or tracking sheet) of all vendor portals, account login credentials, submission statuses, and next follow-up steps.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience
Skills:
Excellent professional written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong online research abilities and familiarity with LinkedIn, corporate websites, and supplier networks.
Extreme attention to detail (ensuring technical capabilities and legal entity names match perfectly across forms).
Proficiency in managing cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive) and tracking tools (Excel/Sheets).
