Proactively contact potential customers via phone to promote products or services, exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Provide support through multiple communication channels including calls, emails, and chat.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction with a focus on Kannada
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and account updates using CRM software, ensuring data integrity.
Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions, showcasing product knowledge.

Requirement

Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills in Kannada and Hindi both written and verbal.
Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, customer support, or a related field, preferably in the Indian market.
Exhibits a strong understanding of CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
