We are currently recruiting for an Recruiter for our client to be based out of their Abu Dhabi office.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Emiratization Recruiter for a 3-month temporary contract. The successful candidate will drive our local talent acquisition strategy, ensuring compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) mandates. You will focus entirely on sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified UAE National professionals across various business departments

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and assess UAE National candidates for open vacancies across technical, operational, and administrative roles.
• MOHRE & Nafis Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices align with current MOHRE regulations. Maximize utilization of the Nafis platform for posting roles and tracking candidates.
• Talent Sourcing: Leverage specialized channels including Emiratisation databases, LinkedIn, local career fairs, universities, and community networks to build a robust local talent pipelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated experience in Emiratisation recruitment within the private sector.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of MOHRE regulations, the Nafis program, and the point/quota systems for private companies.
• Language Skills: Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
