The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and retail/manufacturing accounting processes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
* Perform bank reconciliations and cash management
* Support month-end closing and journal entries
* Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis
* Monitor general ledger and overhead expenses
* Manage petty cash and employee expense tracking
* Support inventory audits and stock reconciliations
* Assist with statutory audits and compliance requirements
* Reconcile retail sales and POS transactions
🔹 Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
* Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience
* Experience in FMCG industry preferred
* Strong ERP knowledge, especially Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics & Zeroh
* Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
* Experience with month-end closing, and financial reporting
* Knowledge of POS systems and retail accounting is an advantage
