📢 We’re Hiring – HR Supervisor
📍 Location: Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor to join our Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities
✔ Support payroll administration and employee records management
✔ Coordinate training and development programs
✔ Manage government relations, visas, labor, and residency processes
✔ Lead performance management and KPI implementation
✔ Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations
✔ Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
✅ Minimum 8 Years Of HR Experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Training, and Government Relations
✅ Experience in Performance Management and KPI systems
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✅ Fluent in English and Arabic
✅ Proficient in HRMS, Payroll Systems, and Microsoft Office
