Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Beirut, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. The ERP Support and Customer Success team member will assist manufacturing clients in effectively using Zeymo’s ERP platform, including modules such as accounting, inventory, manufacturing, CRM, and logistics. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting functional and basic technical issues, and guiding users through configuration, workflows, and best practices. The role involves onboarding new customers, delivering product training (online or onsite), and proactively monitoring account health to drive product adoption and satisfaction. The team member will also gather user feedback, document recurring issues, collaborate with product and engineering teams on improvements, and help create support resources such as FAQs, guides, and training materials.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and planning abilities to understand business processes, diagnose issues, and prioritize customer needs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to explain complex concepts clearly, build trust, and manage expectations.
• Basic understanding of finance or accounting workflows, especially in a manufacturing or ERP context.
• Experience in ERP, MRP, or SaaS product support, implementation, or customer success is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations (e.g., inventory, production, logistics) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple customer cases, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
