We are seeking a highly motivated and technically competent Sales Engineer – Fire Fighting Systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and delivering technically compliant fire protection solutions across commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, residential, and infrastructure projects.
The role requires a combination of technical fire protection knowledge, sales capability, and strong customer relationship management to support business growth and project success.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Fire Fighting & Fire Protection Systems within assigned territories and target sectors.
• Promote company solutions for fire protection systems including Fire Sprinkler Systems, Hydrant & Hose Reel Systems, Fire Pumps, Foam Systems, Kitchen Hood Suppression Systems, Clean Agent Systems (FM200 / Novec / IG Systems), Water Mist Systems, and related fire safety solutions.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to consultants, contractors, developers, facility managers, and end users.
• Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and project requirements.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and compliance statements.
• Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams for accurate costing and technical submissions.
• Ensure solutions comply with NFPA, Civil Defense, UL/FM, SBC, and project specifications.
• Follow up on submitted quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales opportunities effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, project owners, and procurement teams.
• Track market developments, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to maximize business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability objectives.
• Update CRM/sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Fire Fighting / Fire Protection Sales (preferably in KSA or GCC market).
• Strong technical knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems and NFPA Standards.
• Experience in handling tenders, BOQ review, estimation coordination, and technical submittals.
• Strong understanding of consultant approvals, Civil Defense requirements, and project sales cycle.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (basic understanding), and CRM systems.
• Valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Strong network with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility management companies.
• Knowledge of UL/FM approved systems and international fire safety standards.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and convert opportunities into successful projects.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
