Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a substantial portfolio of accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven experience in account management and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Strong customer support and communication skills.
- Experience working in the SaaS industry is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certifications in sales or related fields are a plus.
- Must be hardworking and able to manage a large portfolio of accounts.
Skills and Technologies:
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
