Key Responsibilities:
– Administer and support Learning Management Systems, including user setup, course structures, reporting, system updates, backups, and teacher support.
– Manage ERP systems such as Odoo or equivalent, including workflows, approvals, data integrity, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
– Serve as Microsoft 365 administrator, covering Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Azure AD / Entra ID, licenses, security, and user access.
– Build and maintain digital workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps to automate school processes.
– Manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and monitoring tools.
– Implement cybersecurity measures, endpoint protection, patch management, vulnerability checks, and incident response.
– Oversee school devices and hardware, including laptops, tablets, printers, smart boards, servers, MDM enrollment, and remote support.
– Maintain school websites, parent portals, and internal intranet, including WordPress/CMS administration, integrations, SEO basics, and content support.
– Prepare reports, dashboards, documentation, SOPs, user guides, and technical manuals.
– Train teachers and administrative staff on IT systems, tools, and digital workflows.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration, with previous experience in an educational institution or multi-campus environment is preferred.
– Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration at tenant level.
– Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
– Experience with LMS platforms such as SchoolEveryWhere, PowerSchool, Classera, Skolera, or similar.
– Good knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, backup and recovery, and endpoint protection.
– Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Exchange Online.
– Knowledge of device management tools such as Intune, Jamf, or Google MDM.
– Website/CMS administration experience, preferably WordPress.
– Good technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, PowerShell, and basic JavaScript / TypeScript.
– Strong reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or dashboards.
– Familiarity with ITIL, help desk operations, SLA management, incident handling, and change management.
– Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, training, and project management skills.
– Good understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, and responsible student data use.
