School Lead

The School Lead serves as the field operations leader within the school, responsible for driving supervisor performance, achieving key operational and student success metrics, and building strong relationships with school leadership to ensure the successful delivery of Noon’s educational programs.

Key Responsibilitie

sDriving Impact in the Fiel

• dMonitor and analyze daily school performance metrics, including student attendance, assignment completion, and exam readiness
• .Take immediate corrective action when identifying underperforming classes, declining student outcomes, or gaps in supervisor performance
• .Ensure all learning environments are fully operational, organized, and ready for instruction, including classroom readiness, cleanliness, and technology functionality
• .Coordinate with school leadership and supervisors to resolve operational issues promptly

.Leadership, Influence & Team Managemen

• tLead, motivate, and align supervisors around shared goals and performance expectations
• .Maintain a professional culture and ensure high standards of conduct, appearance, and accountability across the team
• .Foster ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement within the supervisor team

.Student Experience & Engagemen

• tEngage directly with students through regular classroom visits and full-day school observations to better understand their needs and learning experience
• .Review and analyze weekly student feedback surveys and implement improvement plans based on findings
• .Act as an advocate for student success by ensuring a high-quality and engaging learning environment

.Coaching & Capability Buildin

• gAttend and observe Noon classes regularly to evaluate instructional delivery and classroom management practices
• .Provide timely, constructive, and actionable feedback to supervisors to enhance their performance and effectiveness
• .Identify high-potential supervisors and delegate responsibilities to support their growth into future leadership roles

.Stakeholder Management & Relationship Buildin

• gBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with school leadership and key stakeholders
• .Take full ownership of planning, organizing, and managing parent councils, school events, and Noon-related activities
• .Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational and relationship-related challenges within partner schools

.Flexibility & Additional Responsibilitie

• sDemonstrate flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset by supporting additional operational needs when required
• .Undertake responsibilities outside the standard scope of the role when necessary to ensure business continuity and operational excellence

.Qualifications & Requirement

• sBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field
• .Minimum of 2 years of educational leadership experience as a Vice Principal, Assistant Principal, Academic Supervisor, School Leader, or in a more senior educational leadership role
• .Strong leadership and people management skills
• .Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• .Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable plans
• .Experience working directly with students, teachers, and school leadership teams
• .Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
