We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Call Centre Operations Executive to manage front-end customer and patient communication. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer & patient calls efficiently
Schedule and manage appointments accurately
Provide excellent customer service and support
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner
Ensure high-quality communication in Arabic and English
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in customer service or call centre roles
Strong communication skills (Arabic & English – mandatory)
Experience in appointment scheduling and inbound call handling
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Healthcare experience is an added advantage
