We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage corporate catering accounts, develop new business opportunities, and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, preparing commercial and technical proposals, ensuring smooth service execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance products and services in line with market trends.
Manage and respond to client inquiries and catering requests.
Follow up on quotations and negotiate to secure new business opportunities.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to increase sales and service utilization.
Identify and pursue new corporate accounts and business opportunities.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience in the Food & Beverage, Catering, Hospitality, or related industry is highly preferred.
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
