Senior Specialist – Learning & Development | Dubai Government Entity
A leading Dubai Government entity is seeking a Senior Specialist – Learning & Development to drive learning, capability development, and talent growth initiatives across the organization.
Key Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
- Proven experience designing and implementing L&D and HR development programs
- Strong knowledge and practical application of AI in training and learning solutions
- Experience with learning strategies, competency frameworks, and employee development initiatives
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work within a team environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Government or large corporate experience is preferred
- Must be an Emirati
