TraumaSync is building the future of emergency medical documentation and real-time patient data synchronization between first responders and hospitals.

Our platform combines AI-powered ambient documentation with next-generation wearable monitoring technology to help emergency medical teams document care hands-free, improve communication, and save critical time during patient treatment.

We are currently preparing pilot programs with leading emergency medical organizations and building a platform designed to improve the flow of medical information from the field to the ER.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial team member to help us build TraumaSync from pilot stage to commercial scale.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working across business development, customer success, operations, partnerships, compliance, and strategic growth.

You will work directly with the founders and play a key role in shaping the future of the company.

What You’ll Own

Business Development & Partnerships

• Build relationships with EMS organizations, hospitals, healthcare systems, and strategic partners.
• Support pilot programs and commercial opportunities.
• Help drive US market entry and growth initiatives.
• Manage customer conversations, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Identify partnership opportunities across healthcare and emergency response ecosystems.

Compliance & Quality

• Coordinate compliance initiatives related to HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2, ISO
• Future healthcare and medical device requirements
• Work with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory partners.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

• Experience in one or more of the following: MedTech, Digital Health, EMS Sales, Medical Devices, Healthcare SaaS
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to solve problems.
• Excellent English skills.

Strong Advantage

• Experience selling into US healthcare organizations.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, ISO standards, or healthcare compliance.
• Customer Success or Implementation experience.
• Startup experience, especially early-stage companies.
• Experience working with hospitals, EMS organizations, or healthcare providers.

Compensation

This is currently an unpaid founding-team position while the company completes its fundraising process.

We are actively fundraising and are currently engaged in advanced discussions with investors. Once funding is secured, the role is expected to transition into a salaried position, with the opportunity to participate in the company’s future employee stock option plan (ESOP), subject to board approval and company policies.

We are looking for someone who believes in the mission, is excited about building a category-defining company from the ground up, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of emergency medicine.
