The mission? 3 engineering teams, ~20 engineers, 1 platform that has to work flawlessly inside the most regulated industry on earth. Right now, those teams are building hard — but without a single person accountable for the technical vision that ties it all together. That’s the gap.
We’re at an inflection point. Enterprise financial services clients are signing on, and they need more than a product — they need a platform. That means a unified LLM strategy, an architecture that scales, and an R&D org that moves with the same urgency as the business.
This role reports to the co-founder and is based out of our Tel Aviv offices (hybrid model).
What You’ll Do
You’ll own the full R&D org — three teams, twenty engineers, all of it. That means the technical roadmap, the LLM and AI platform architecture, engineering hiring and culture, and the direct line between what we’re building and why we’re building it. You’ll sit at the table with the co-founders and make sure R&D and business strategy are the same conversation.
