We are currently partnering with a leading semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi that is delivering large-scale, strategic developments across the UAE.
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead project controls activities across a portfolio of major capital developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules and baseline programs
• Track project performance, milestones, and key project control metrics
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage schedule updates, risks, and resource allocation
• Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and executive-level status updates
• Identify schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved
• Oversee project controls documentation, reporting processes, and quality assurance activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across project controls, planning, and reporting functions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience, including GCC experience
• Strong experience in Project Controls Management (PCM) on major capital projects
• Experience working with developers or consultants supporting development clients
• Strong pre-contract experience managing design and procurement activities
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority approvals and local regulations
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and project reporting tools
