Sales & Application Specialist Full Time NEW

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales & Application Specialist to join a multinational medical devices company in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for promoting the company’s renal care portfolio, ensuring that patients receive the most suitable treatment for their needs at the right time and thereby achieving the set sales goals. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals in renal and intensive care units to support the effective use of the products, and to drive best clinical practices. The role will contribute to improving patient outcomes and meeting the company’s strategic goals by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving product adoption in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including nephrologists, intensivists, and procurement teams, to ensure optimal adoption of products.
• Effectively deliver evidence-based clinical messaging about the products, emphasizing key differentiators and patient benefits.
• Achieve sales goals and qualitative business objectives by promoting solutions across the Eastern Region market.
• Facilitate peer-to-peer networking and knowledge sharing among healthcare professionals to promote best practices in the use of the assigned portfolio.
• Stay informed about developments within the topic, maintaining expert knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and the clinical environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive acceptance and advocacy of the portfolio.
• Provide internal training to commercial teams (sales, customer services) to enhance their understanding of the assigned products and support clinical excellence.
• Conduct timely and periodic training for the distributor team to ensure their readiness to promote various therapies in their respective markets.
