KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facility Operations Coordination: Oversee day-to-day facility and workplace operations; Monitor readiness of offices, accommodations, warehouses, and operational support areas; Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address operational requirements. Maintenance & Asset Management: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities; Follow up with contractors and technical service providers to ensure timely completion; Monitor asset conditions and support maintenance planning initiatives. Vendor & Service Management: Coordinate and monitor external vendors and service providers; Support service evaluation and vendor performance improvement initiatives; Ensure compliance with agreed service levels and operational requirements. Employee Support Services: Support delivery of workplace and operational services that enhance employee experience; Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and support service requests; Contribute to service improvement initiatives and operational efficiency. Compliance & Operational Governance: Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures; Support facility inspections and corrective action implementation; Escalate operational risks and support business continuity efforts. Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare operational and performance reports; Track KPIs and recommend improvement actions; Support digitalization and process enhancement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in: Business Administration; Facility Management; Engineering; Or any related discipline.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, Operations, or Corporate Support Services. Experience coordinating contractors and service providers. Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
