Role Description The Project Senior Manager will oversee and coordinate complex maritime security and training projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client requirements and regulatory standards. This part-time, on-site role based in Dubai involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as liaising with clients, internal teams, and external partners across multiple regions. The role includes monitoring project performance, identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and preparing regular status reports for senior leadership and stakeholders. The Project Senior Manager will also support expediting and inspection activities, align logistics with operational plans, and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Demonstrated capability in Expeditor and Expediting functions, ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and documentation.
• Experience with Inspection activities, including quality checks, compliance verification, and vendor performance oversight.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, particularly in coordinating movements, schedules, and resources in international or maritime environments.
• Proven experience in maritime, security, defense, or related sectors, ideally within high-risk or international project settings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Maritime Studies, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and coordinate with global offices and operations as needed.
