Responsibility
- Ensure to all AML team members completion of screening process for new customers and third parties on daily basis.
- Ensure to all AML team members completion of Due Diligence process for customers financial transactions on daily basis.
- Ensure to have the capability for all AML team to prepare all the needed responses to AML Unit and all official authorities regarding to any AML / CTF concerns.
- Implement & support dual control between all AML team.
- Review all suspicious cases from AML team, analyst, prepare recommendations to Risk & Compliance Manager submit any technical amendments through AML solutions to Risk & Compliance Manager.
- Define the main duties for AML team Members and amend them periodically.
- Prepare all training sessions for AML, CTF issues.
- Support all AML team members and provide them with needed knowledge and experience in AML, CTF field.
- Coordinate with other departments to add any new requirements related to AML, CTF through core system or any automated solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 – 5 years in related field.
Certificates: CAMS certification a plus.
Knowledge Of
- Good knowledge of Verification & KYC function.
- Good knowledge of mobile financial services industry, products, processes, and procedures.
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and controls international laws & regulations.
Skills In
- Time management.
- Work under pressure.
- Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing.
- Good command of computer skills (Microsoft office).
