Floor Manager – South Africa Full Time NEW

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Floor Manager to join a Lebanese outlet operating within a prestigious international hotel in Cape Town, South Africa. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth daily operations, and a consistently high-quality guest experience within a premium dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily service
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality customer service in line with company standards
• Supervise front-of-house staff and ensure appropriate allocation of duties during service
• Maintain full control over guest flow, seating arrangements, and service timing
• Ensure prompt and professional handling of guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service execution
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to operational procedures and service standards
• Oversee shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times
• Support management in implementing operational improvements and service enhancements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar supervisory role within 4- or 5-star hotels
• Strong experience working within Lebanese cuisine or Lebanese restaurant concepts
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities in premium service environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• High level of professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
