Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in potline, aluminium smelter, industrial plant, or heavy manual operations.
Ability to carry out pot redressing, anode cover leveling, and housekeeping activities.
Able to manually remove and reinstall pot side covers during equipment downtime.
Basic knowledge of minor repair and adjustment works on pot hoods and potline equipment.
Must be medically fit, safety-conscious, and able to follow site instructions.
Candidates must be locally available for immediate joining.
