Could you be the full-time Finance Project Manager in Cairo we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You’ll play a key role as the economic and financial advisor to the Project Director and the entire project team, helping to shape the financial success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as tax, treasury, insurance, and contract management), provide accurate financial forecasting, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of building the project model from the tender phase through to execution, but also prepare periodic project reviews to reflect the fair situation of the project.

We’ll look to you for:

• Controlling and forecasting costs and sales accurately at the contract consolidated level
• Monitoring the Say-Do ratio on cost incurred
• Challenging estimates to complete and proactively proposing optimizations at the project level
• Implementing and following cash improvement actions on the project
• Preparing analyses or simulations (e.g., variation orders, backtrading) at the project level
• Managing bonds and guarantees
• Ensuring project accounting aligns with company guidelines
• Collaborating with other expert functions, such as tax, treasury, and insurance

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and controlling
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and SAP

• Self-motivation and enthusiasm for growth within the company
• Ability to work in an international, high-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and accountability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
