Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious, visionary Group Managing Director to spearhead our
rapidly growing supermarket and hypermarket portfolio across the UAE and broader
GCC region. You will have full P&L accountability, tasked with scaling our retail
footprint, optimizing our supply chain, and driving digital transformation to solidify
our market leadership.

Requirement

Experience: 5+ years of senior executive leadership experience within a multibra retail environment, ideally within the GCC region. Track Record: Proven success in commercial turnaround, scaling operations,
and delivering sustainable revenue growth. Education: Master’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Retail
Management, or a related field is highly desirable. Core Competencies: Full P&L responsibility, executive-level stakeholder
