HR Specialist / Senior HR Officer Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR records.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
• Coordinate performance management, probation reviews, and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain employee files, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support compensation and benefits administration, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Handle employee grievances and assist in resolving workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Support employee engagement, wellness, and organizational development initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers on HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• HR Specialist: 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Senior HR Officer: 5–8+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
