What You’ll Do

As an International Flight Operations Specialist, you will coordinate and support worldwide operations for non-scheduled business aircraft, ensuring every mission is executed safely, efficiently, and seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international flight operations for business aviation clients worldwide.
• Communicate directly with flight crews, dispatchers, flight departments, FBOs, handlers, and service providers across multiple time zones.
• Arrange and oversee ground handling services at airports around the globe.
• Secure overflight and landing permits, airport slots, PPRs, and other operational approvals.
• Prepare and submit international regulatory documentation, including CBP, e-APIS, CANPASS, GAR, and other country-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date trip information within EVO’s proprietary operations platform.
• Monitor active missions and proactively resolve operational challenges.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver exceptional client service.
• Provide expert-level operational guidance and support to EVO Trip Support clients.
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct Business Aviation flight operations or trip support experience.
• Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates and be able to work on-site in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of international business aviation operations, permits, airport requirements, and regulatory procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of dispatch-related regulations and operational requirements.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
• Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.
