Role Description This is a part-time, entry-level HR Assistant role based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The HR Assistant will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing documentation. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment coordination such as scheduling interviews, preparing basic job postings, and supporting onboarding processes for new hires. The role will help with benefits documentation, tracking leave and attendance, and responding to routine employee inquiries in line with HR policies. The HR Assistant will also assist in coordinating training sessions, preparing materials, and generating simple HR reports or summaries for the HR team and management.
