Role Description The Operations Manager/Project Engineer at Ste Aswuri Contact Services is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with company standards. The role includes developing project schedules, allocating resources, tracking progress, and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders. The Operations Manager/Project Engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve operational issues, optimize workflows, and maintain quality and safety standards. The role also involves supporting budgeting and cost control, maintaining project documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across operations and project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management.
- Technical understanding of engineering or construction processes, with the ability to interpret technical documents and support on-site project execution.
- Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software) and comfort working with data for reporting and decision-making.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on clear reporting, active listening, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in an operations, project engineering, or project coordination role, preferably in a services or engineering-related industry.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards relevant to on-site operations in Dubai, and eligibility to work on-site in the UAE.
