Project Coordinator / Pre-Sales (Engineering) Full Time NEW

We are seeking an Engineering Pre-Sales Coordinator to support tendering and proposal activities related to ELV, CCTV, Power, Electrical, and Infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender specifications and engineering requirements.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, compliance sheets, and technical proposals.
• Handle tenders related to ELV, CCTV, Access Control, UPS, Batteries, Generators, and Data Center infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for technical and commercial offers.
• Ensure compliance with customer and tender requirements.
• Support project planning, coordination, and documentation.
• Maintain tender schedules and submission deadlines.
• Assist the Enterprise Manager in business development and opportunity tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field
• 3–5 years of Engineering Tendering/Pre-Sales experience
• Knowledge of ELV, Power, and Infrastructure solutions
