Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Research Consultant role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Research Consultant will conduct in-depth market research and analysis to support strategic decisions, pricing, and positioning within the real estate market. The role involves collecting and interpreting data from multiple sources, preparing clear reports, dashboards, and presentations, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients. The consultant will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and management to identify trends, forecast demand, and assess potential investments or developments. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining research databases, monitoring competitor activity, and contributing to strategic planning and consulting engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong research capabilities, including Market Research and Research skills, with experience in data collection, validation, and synthesis.
• Advanced Analytical Skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, data interpretation, and the ability to generate clear insights and forecasts.
• Proven Consulting skills, with experience advising stakeholders, preparing recommendations, and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly in written reports and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in real estate, investment, or market intelligence roles is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with BI or visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple research projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
