Head of Growth & Client Partnerships
Lirix is a boutique OD and leadership consultancy. We work with some of Israel’s most ambitious tech companies — and increasingly, with leading organizations well beyond it. Our work is deep, global, and built on real relationships.
We’re looking for someone to own how we grow.
What you’ll do
Hunt and close. Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed engagement. Build a pipeline, work it with discipline, and close with confidence.
Deepen what we have. Stay close to our active clients — read their evolving needs, spot adjacent opportunities, and expand engagements naturally and proactively.
Build the Lirix community. Design and run the touchpoints that keep us relevant between projects: client roundtables, events, webinars, strategic check-ins. Make Lirix the consultancy people think of first.
Drive our marketing. Manage our external agency with a clear commercial lens — not just awareness, but pipeline.
Who you are
You sit at a rare intersection of three:
Tech-world fluent. You know global high-tech organizations from the inside — their pace, their stakeholders, their language. That’s our home base (80%+ of our work), and you’re credible in it. At the same time, you’re curious and adaptable enough to bring that fluency into new sectors as we grow.
Sales DNA. You genuinely love the hunt and the relationship in equal measure. 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, strong negotiation instincts, and a number you’re proud of.
OD-literate. You speak the language of leadership development, organizational change, and people strategy well enough to hold your own — and earn trust — in a client conversation.
Beyond the three:
• A true people-person — you build trust fast and make people feel seen
• Goal-oriented with a data-driven mindset; you track what matters and act on it
• English at native or near-native professional level
• Strong business acumen; you understand what moves a client’s business, not just their HR agenda
Meaningful advantages:
• Experience working with HR, L&D, or People leaders as buyers or stakeholders
