AI Solutions Architect – Enterprise AI & Digital Transformation Full Time NEW

Mannai Corporation is seeking a dynamic, business-focused AI Solutions Architect to lead the identification, design, and implementation of enterprise AI initiatives across the Group. This role will work closely with business leaders, functional teams, and technology stakeholders to transform business challenges into intelligent AI-driven solutions that improve productivity, automate processes, and accelerate digital transformation.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, driving the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation technologies while ensuring measurable business outcomes. Although Microsoft technologies will be the primary platform, the role requires evaluating and recommending alternative AI technologies and platforms when they provide a stronger fit for specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Business Engagement & AI Strategy

• Partner with business units and corporate functions to understand processes, identify pain points, and uncover high-value AI opportunities.
• Conduct discovery workshops and process assessments to identify automation and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Translate business challenges into AI solution roadmaps, use cases, and business value propositions.
• Develop ROI-driven recommendations and prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on AI adoption, governance, and transformation opportunities.

Solution Architecture & AI Delivery

• Design and implement enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies.
• Architect intelligent agents and agentic AI solutions capable of automating complex, multi-step business workflows.
• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and governed AI architectures covering data, integrations, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Evaluate emerging AI platforms, frameworks, and models and recommend the most suitable technology stack based on business requirements.
• Conduct build-versus-buy assessments and technology selection exercises to optimize cost, capability, integration, and time-to-value.

Data, Integration & Enterprise Enablement

• Design integrations between AI solutions and enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, HRMS, ITSM, collaboration platforms, and business applications.
• Ensure data readiness, governance, quality, and accessibility to support AI-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
• Establish reusable AI components, frameworks, and best practices across the Group.

Digital Transformation Leadership

• Lead AI proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and production deployments from concept through value realization.
• Promote Responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Continuously assess emerging AI technologies, trends, and innovation opportunities relevant to the Group’s businesses.
• Build AI awareness, capability, and adoption across business functions through mentoring, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of AI use cases successfully deployed and adopted across business units.
• Percentage reduction in manual effort and process cycle times through automation.
• Measurable business value generated through AI initiatives, including cost savings, productivity improvements, and risk reduction.
• Adoption rates of Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Time-to-delivery from concept approval to production deployment.
• Stakeholder satisfaction and business user feedback.
• Reusability and scalability of AI solutions across multiple business entities.
• Compliance with AI governance, security, and responsible AI standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, solution architecture, or business technology consulting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, automation, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience engaging directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience working within large enterprise or multi-business-unit environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, solution design, and technology governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagements.
• Experience working across multiple technology platforms, cloud environments, or AI ecosystems is highly desirable.
