Job Purpose:
The Senior Manager – Procurement is responsible is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and tendering process for all Real Estate development projects, ensuring cost efficiency, transparency, governance compliance, and timely appointment of consultants, contractors, and suppliers in line with the company’s development strategy. The role plays a critical part in value engineering, commercial risk management, and contractor performance, while supporting project delivery from concept design through construction and handover.
