Role Purpose
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for Alghanim International in Egypt.
The role requires a commercially driven professional with a proven track record of securing projects in both the private and public sectors, particularly with large GCC and local private developers, master developers, government-related entities, utilities, power developers, renewable energy investors, and major industrial clients.
The position will play a key role in building the company’s Egypt project pipeline, strengthening client relationships, supporting prequalification efforts, and converting qualified opportunities into awarded projects.

The Business Development Manager will lead business development activities in Egypt in coordination with the Regional Business Development Director and relevant regional teams.
