About Al-Haram for Maintenance & Agriculture W.L.L.
Al-Haram is a Qatar-based facility management and contracting company providing building maintenance, civil works, landscaping, and irrigation services. We hold ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications and serve government, educational, commercial, and residential clients across Qatar.
Role Overview
Part-time remote position (4–5 hours/day) focused on business development and client outreach. Strong potential to grow into a full-time role.
Daily Responsibilities
Outreach & Sales (40%) – Contact 5–10 target companies daily via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp – Follow up on sent proposals and quotations – Update client status in our CRM after every interaction
Proposal Support (30%) – Prepare outreach messages in English using ready templates – Assist in drafting quotation cover letters
Documentation & Reporting (20%) – Update the Prospects sheet daily – Prepare a brief weekly report summarizing responses and next steps
Research (10%) – Find new potential clients via LinkedIn and Qatar tender portals – Add new companies to the CRM with contact details

Job Requirements
– Excellent written English — C1 level minimum
1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or client coordination
Strong self-discipline and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection

Experience with Gulf-based companies is a strong advantage
