Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Performance
· Consistently exceed individual enrollment targets.
· Manage and optimize a high-volume, high-quality pipeline.

Pipeline Strategy & CRM Excellence
· Oversee and manage complex lead pipelines with precision.
· Analyze conversion data and identify areas for improvement.
· Ensure high-quality CRM data integrity and reporting.
Strategic Contribution

· Provide feedback on marketing campaigns and lead quality.
