Job Requirements
+8 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, demonstrating a proven track record in strategic design and operational execution.
Proficient in Benefits Administration, with a comprehensive understanding of various benefit programs and regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated ability in Job Evaluation and Salary Structuring to create equitable and competitive reward systems.
Strong capabilities in HR Analytics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize compensation strategies.
Solid understanding of Legal Compliance related to compensation and benefits in Egypt
High Communication and Negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
