The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of bids and tender submissions, from analyzing requirements to delivering high-quality technical and commercial proposals that support winning new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze tender documents (RFPs / RFQs) and ensure full compliance with requirements
Prepare, develop, and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, and operations) to gather required inputs
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across all bid documents
Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
Support bid strategy development to improve win rates
Maintain a structured archive of proposals, templates, and tender documentation
Communicate with stakeholders and ensure timely submission of all deliverables
Job Requirements
4–8 years of experience in Bids, Proposals & Tendering
Strong experience in preparing RFPs / RFQs and tender submissions
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
Strong proposal writing and business writing skills
Good understanding of commercial and technical proposals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Google Workspace tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bids simultaneously
