Regional Manager – Central Region Full Time NEW

Job Purpose

Lead and represent the Company across the Central Region. Oversee the delivery and follow up of the Company’s projects and initiatives in continuous coordination with the Ministry and the relevant government authorities. Ensure quality of execution, achievement of operational and strategic targets, and integration across the Company’s business sectors within the region.

Operational Oversight and Representatio

• nRepresent the Company before the Ministry, government authorities, and partners across the Central Region
• .Lead and monitor execution of the Company’s projects and initiatives within the region in line with approved plans
• .Build effective strategic relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the region
• .Submit periodic reports to executive management on project performance, challenges, risks, and opportunities
• .Maintain continuous alignment between the Company’s work and the needs and direction of the Ministry in the region
• .Conduct regular field visits to sites to follow up on operations and capture local needs related to the Company’s work
• .Provide support to affiliate companies in the region when required
