🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

📞 Cold call prospective clients from multiple lead sources

💬 Engage and qualify inbound leads

📅 Set appointments for our Sales Consultants

🎯 Collaborate with your dedicated sales partner to target high-potential clients

🧠 Keep CRM up to date with accurate lead and activity data

📈 Consistently meet qualified opportunity targets

📝 Regularly report on your performance and progress

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Command of German (B2 level – a must!)

🤝 Sales-driven, sociable, and adaptable personality

💻 Strong computer and tech-savviness

📚 Quick learner with a self-motivated attitude

📞 Previous experience in telesales or cold calling is a big plus

💡 Understanding of software/business processes is a bonus

🔹 What You’ll Get:

💰 35,000 EGP NET/month fixed salary

💸 Uncapped commission + 6,000 EGP bonus based on KPIs

🚗 3,000 EGP transportation allowance

⏰ Fixed 9-hour shift (8 work + 1 break)

📆 Weekends off: Saturday & Sunday
