Appointment Management:
· Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently
· Ensure optimal use of time and resources for appointment scheduling
· Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and efficient client flow
· Record-Keeping and Payment Processing:
· Manage client records accurately and keep them up-to-date on the ODOO System
· Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain a balanced cash register
Sales:
· Stay updated with the latest offers, beauty trends, treatments, and products
· Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
