Job Description
Design and develop packaging solutions including die-cuts, cartons, corrugated boxes, and specialty packaging to meet product and branding requirements.
Optimize packaging efficiency and costs through carton utilization, palletization, CBM calculations, and logistics planning.
Manage packaging testing and sample development to ensure product protection, quality compliance, and customer approval.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to define packaging specifications, evaluate materials, and ensure production feasibility.
Maintain packaging documentation and drive improvements by updating technical records and recommending cost-saving, sustainable, and efficiency-enhancing solutions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in packaging engineering, packaging design, or packaging development (manufacturing/FMCG experience preferred).
Proficiency in packaging design software such as AutoCAD, ArtiosCAD, or SolidWorks.
Knowledge of corrugated packaging, folding cartons, and protective packaging materials.
Experience with palletization optimization and CBM calculations.
