About the Role
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design scalable, high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing solutions across IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and custom applications, ensuring best practices and technical excellence.
You will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their platform investment while delivering robust and future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow IRM and custom application solutions
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, including IRM, Service Portal, and custom apps
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions
- Develop scripts, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations within ServiceNow
- Conduct technical workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define optimal solutions
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the team
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, including senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in IRM implementations and custom application development
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and integrations
- Experience with modules such as IRM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, CMDB, and custom apps
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and governance processes (preferred)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Required Certifications: ServiceNow CSA (CIS certifications preferred, especially in IRM if available)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
