Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Market Access Executive to lead the expansion of our products into pharmacy chains, hypermarkets, supermarkets, and other retail channels across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing product listings, opening new accounts, negotiating commercial agreements, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers within retail and pharmacy networks.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and secure new business opportunities with pharmacy chains, hypermarkets, supermarkets, and retail partners.
· Establish and maintain relationships with buyers, category managers, and key decision-makers.
· Lead negotiations for product listing, commercial terms, promotional activities, and annual agreements.
· Manage the onboarding process for new retail and pharmacy accounts.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
· Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and retail opportunities.
· Develop strategies to increase product availability and visibility across retail channels.
· Support the execution of trade marketing initiatives and in-store promotional activities.
· Ensure compliance with retailer and pharmacy chain requirements.
· Prepare regular reports on account development, listing status, and market opportunities.
Requirements
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in market access, business development, key accounts, or retail channel development.
· Proven experience introducing products into pharmacy chains and major retail accounts.
· Existing network and relationships with pharmacy and retail buyers in Saudi Arabia.
· Strong negotiation and commercial management skills.
· Experience working with health, wellness, FMCG, consumer healthcare, or pharmaceutical products is preferred.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and achieve commercial targets.
· Fluency in Arabic and English.
