We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Manager – Suppliers, Shipping & Fulfillment to join our team and help manage and grow HKSOUQ.com, a Wandora.ai company.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands e-commerce operations beyond the basics. We need someone who can manage the website, communicate with suppliers, handle shipping and fulfillment, source relevant products, and ensure smooth daily operations across the business.
The ideal candidate will be based in Egypt, speak Arabic and English, and have strong experience in e-commerce operations, supplier coordination, and product sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of HKSOUQ.com, a Wandora.ai company
- Communicate with suppliers and follow up on pricing, stock, availability, and order status
- Search for and source products relevant to our store and target market
- Coordinate shipping, logistics, and fulfillment
- Identify and work with the right shipping agents and delivery partners
- Manage returns, exchanges, and return merchandise processes
- Ensure smooth communication with suppliers and operational partners
- Monitor product performance and support the growth of the online store
- Help improve best practices across e-commerce operations

- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong experience in e-commerce operations
- Proven ability to speak with suppliers and negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of shipping, logistics, and fulfillment
- Experience managing returns and after-sales processes
- Ability to source products and identify opportunities for store growth
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow up consistently
What we are looking for
We are not looking for a basic e-commerce assistant. We want someone who knows what it takes to run the operational side of an e-commerce business, from supplier management to shipping to returns and product sourcing. Someone who can think ahead, solve problems, and keep things moving efficiently.
