Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect – Fit-Out based in New Cairo. The Senior Architect will oversee the design and execution of fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations. Responsibilities include creating detailed architectural designs, managing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting site visits, and supervising the implementation of fit-out work to ensure quality and compliance with standards. The role also involves reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and managing client communications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design, space planning, and material selection
• Experience in project management, including timeline and resource management
• Knowledge of fit-out execution, MEP coordination, and site supervision
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with regulations, codes, and compliance standards in Egypt and the MENA region
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; advanced degrees or certifications in related fields are a plus
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years focused on fit-out projects
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic language proficiency is advantageous
