Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter / Captain located in Beirut. The Waiter / Captain will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising and assisting in food and beverage service, ensuring high-quality dining experiences, and maintaining a professional and hospitable environment. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen staff and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and effective Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations
• Knowledge of basic Cooking techniques is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
