Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait. The HORECA Channel Manager will be responsible for leading and growing KDCow’s Food Service business across hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering companies, and other institutional customers.

The successful candidate will drive channel growth by managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing account strategies, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring excellent execution in the market. The role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs while supporting KDCow’s vision of becoming Kuwait’s first choice for dairy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HORECA channel growth strategy.
• Manage relationships with key hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and catering customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Achieve sales, volume, profitability, and distribution targets.
• Lead contract negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and launch of new products tailored to the Food Service channel.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HORECA, Food Service, FMCG, or B2B sales.
• Strong network within Kuwait’s hospitality and food service industry.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and developing strategic customer relationships.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills.
